Refund policy

We want you to love your look. If your new frames don't vibe with your face, we've got you covered.

  • The 7-Day Rule: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

  • The Condition: To be eligible, your glasses must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • How to Start a Return: Just drop us an email at teamspecxy@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @specxy_official with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process!

  • Damages & Issues: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you get the wrong thing, let us know immediately so we can make it right on us.

Refunds & Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your frames must be returned in the exact condition you received them.

  • Keep the Tags On: If the security/brand tag on the frame is removed, broken, or tampered with, no refund or exchange will be possible. 

  • Full Kit: The glasses must be returned with their original case, microfiber cloth, and any packaging they came with.

  • No Wear and Tear: Any signs of wear, scratches, or smudge marks on the lenses will void the refund.

How the Refund Works Once we receive and inspect your returned frames and confirm the tags are intact, we will process your refund. The money will automatically be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
